In the interum we immediately issue you a free Universal Rx Drug Card for on-the-spot savings...this card is good for the whole family!

Q. Who’s eligible?
A. For the pharmaceutical companies' free medicine programs, eligibility requirements vary according to the pharmaceutical manufacturer, but for the rest of the membership benefits there are no qualification requirements

Q. When I get medications from the pharmaceutical companies free drug program am I getting my actual drug prescribed or a generic form of it?
A. Nearly all drugs are name brand, there are very few generic drugs on the programs.

Q. How many different medications are offered under the program?
A. More than 1,000 medications are offered under the program.

Q. What happens if my medication is not offered under the pharmaceutical companies free drug program?
A. Notify your doctor, who may be able to prescribe an alternative drug that will qualify plus we'll send you a free Canadian and US drug quote.

Q. How will I get my medications?
A. Your medications will be shipped from the pharmaceutical company directly to your prescribing physician’s office for you to pick up, your house or your local pharmacy (the pharmaceutical company decides where, not PAS).

Q. How long should I expect from my date of application to when I will receive my medications on the pharmaceutical companies' free drug programs?
A. Patient Assistance Services will act quickly to be sure you receive your medication in about 6 to 8 weeks.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of medications I can have under the pharmaceutical companies free drug program?
A. No, as long as all medications are prescribed for you by your physician.

Q. How do I know when to reorder my medications?
A. PAS's Total Care Rx Complete software tracks every member and their medications through the entire process, so the renewal process is automatic, you have nothing to do!

Q. How much will all this cost me?
A. Only a small monthly membership fee which is automatically deducted from your checking, savings or credit card account.
